Night mode is the best cosmetic change I've seen implemented in Steemit so far! The logo is growing on me too. The only thing they need to change is the highlight color for navigating to specific comments in night mode, because right now the comments are invisible lol..

With popups you mean the notifications? Cause I believe you can turn those off.
No the whole post shows as a popup box, when you click on the post in the feed.

Is anyone else having an issue where Night Mode doesn't stay on? Everytime I return to steemit.com, Night Mode is off. It's really annoying because I prefer Night Mode and dislike having to activate it everytime I visit Steemit.com. I'll contact support, but wondering if anyone else is experiencing this...

Like you said, except pop ups in desktop version everything is nice and cute.. specially the colour theme.. I love that tone.. most of the social networks youse blue few of them are having different colour tone.. the black and white colour combo wow it’s amazing 😉..also the other attraction is the link colour, usually it blue here we feel something new..

I was shocked and not sure what was going on to begin with but I like it now. Loads of great improvements going on. Really responsive now aswell.
