I've tried to use you a bunch of times, but I can see in the wallet that is has almost always just refunded someone and needs to wait many hours before it can accept another upvote request. It is almost as if people have to win a luck lottery to get the vote in. Nonetheless, I've seen your APR stats for delegation rewards, so the system must work, but it wouldn't keep a loyal crowd coming back if they keep checking in, and can't get in.
