If you read my comment from the precious blog then you know why it matters.

Just because it has correct information about BANDWIDTH doesn't mean the rest of the information on Wikipedia is creditable.

FYI I used to be a registered Wikipedia editor. To sum it up....it is a bunch of idiots together. Anyone can be an editor after you register with NO form of accreditation. So basically you have people with NO high school education creating contents THAT people assume are FACTs!

The scarier thought is what it is used for ........ to manipulate media by supplying false information such as health, including attacking vitamins and alternative healthcare.

regardless of all that, the information about bandwith is correct... so if I use a different source or not it's still the correct information so I don't see what's the big deal if I used wikipedia. That information is not wrong...

The big deal is that you don't want to create a trend for others to use Wikipedia as a source of FACT.

If it's correct information then I wouldn't care if they used wikipedia or not...
