Bernie, one of the problems I see with this flagging war is that apart from the results being meager, @haejin still gets big payouts every day, haejin is not the only one who does this and their is no way to stop them all that I can see except the Steemit devs stepping in. As for the people who are willing to flag someone like @haejin (I saw a comment by @gniksivart) and have a lower reputation and much lower VP, see what @berniesanders is asking for-WHALES- that is because if you have a lower REP your downvote will do nothing, apart from getting @haejin to downvote you as well and that guy can damage you.
