Is it possible to raise the bottom without affecting the top?

IF the minnowmath could be raised by 1000 without impacting what the whales currently have that would be more desirable, to me.

No need to take from them to give to us, unless the math can't support a change such as this.
In the future I'd like my whale rewards to be as high as possible.
Currently, I'd just like to matter in the math, but I need something to aspire to in the future.
