I have just stumbled upon BitWala. They accept Steem (still in Beta but it works) and you don't need to change anything. You can directly send it to them and then transfer it to your bank account in Fiat money. They even have a prepaid Visa card, where you don't even need your bank anymore. Low fees, based in Berlin, Germany.
