Many habits that we think are good, but the impact makes our brain is not good. Well, it's good we avoid it as early as possible, and if we even know we should not do the habit as below:
1.No Breakfast
Those who do not consume breakfast have low blood sugar levels, which consequently the supply of nutrients to the brain becomes less.
2.Eat Too Much
Too much to eat, especially those with high fat content, can result in hardening of the blood vessels of the brain due to accumulation of fat in the inner walls of the blood vessels. As a result the ability of the brain to decrease.

Substances in exposed cigarettes will result in rapid brain shrinkage, and can cause Alzheimer's disease.
4.Consuming Too Much Sugar
Consumption of too much sugar will lead to disruption of protein and nutrient absorption, resulting in nutritional imbalance that will interfere with brain development.
5.Air pollution
Brain is the biggest oxygen consumer in human body. Inhaling polluted air lowers the oxygen supply to the brain so as to decrease the efficiency of the brain.
6.Kurang Sleep
The brain needs sleep as a time to rest and restore capabilities. sleep deprivation in the long term will accelerate damage to brain cells.
7.Closing Head While Sleeping
Sleeping habits with head cover increases the concentration of carbon dioxide and decreases the concentration of oxygen that can cause damage effects on the brain.
8.Menggunakan Mind When Sick
Working too hard or forcing to use our minds when sick can lead to reduced effectiveness of the brain and can damage the brain.
9.Less Stimulate the Mind
Thinking is the most appropriate way to train our brains. Lack of stimulation in the brain can cause our brain to shrink.
10.Rarely Communicate
Communication is needed as one of the stimulants spur the ability of the brain work. Communicating intellectually can trigger brain efficiency. Rarely communicating will cause the intellectual ability of the brain to be poorly trained.
