Today I received my long awaited customized RooR Steem-Logo Bong from Germany! While it took nearly as long to produce as it did to ship, it was well worth the wait! This glass is now among my prized possessions. This Bong was produced in the German Roor factory Located in Frankenthal Germany. I ordered it from Roor.de, click here to go to their website. Its so sexy isn't it? RooR was hands down the best company to buy back in the early 2000's unless you could get an original Baker Bong on the West Coast. German glass is always best though!

I know it's still illegal in some places but look at that. You sometimes just have to admire the craftsmanship of some bongs. I've seen some crazy ones. Those people have some serious skill. Can't deny that.

German glass work is top quality, I have a few great pieces of Walther Glass, one just like this among others.
This would look mind bending in uranium glass but you probably wouldn't want to smoke out of it, just to be safe.
They are renowned also for possessing the highest quality borosilicate available of any local.

that is a really cool piece! I haven't heard of Roor. Are their pieces pretty thick/strong? I really need to get a new glass piece, my wife just picked up a silicone chillum that is alright, but it reminds me of a cigar nub...

They sure do. They have various thickness of glass, I chose 7 mm thick glass which is the thickest and also most expensive. For typical users 5 mm is a good thickness with reasonable price. one suggestion is to be sure that you get a diffuser downtube and not just a regular downtube. One has holes whereas the other has a single hole. Diffuser is much smoother.
