It's a UI issue, the transactions are not hidden, it's just the wallet is buggy and he has an abnormally high amount of operations.
But I do want to point out it has been like this for over 3 months on his wallet...you are saying the UI issue has been there for 3+ months?

But as you can see, the data isn't missing, it's all on the blockchain, just the wallet UI sucks.

If the ranchorelaxo account is haejin, why would he invest over 1 million dollars into it, then wait 6 months to start upvoting himself?

No, it is not, see the comment of @themarkymark. It is just a bug in the condenser (steemit.com). His transfers are all there :))
