it wouldn't be possible to use steem.. since the whole whole thing would be a little different.. and we wouldn't want to have the power structure of the community based on the steemit members as that wouldnt make sense.. it IS complicated, and hard to answer too many questions yet! We also wouldn't want to take from Steemits reward pool etc as this is a real life community that needs its own security and protections and individuality
