==> Gabin Vla green tea <==
Ingredients
16 pieces
16 pieces of gabin (me brand Khong guan)
1 egg whites
Vla Materials:
3 tablespoons of wheat flour
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1 sachet of white SKM
1 tablespoon green tea powder (I use green tea sachet yg udh manis)
125-150 ml of water
2 tablespoons olive oil (can be changed margarine)
1 egg yolk
Step
Stir the vla ingredients on a sticky pan instead of olive oil until no one has a bergerindil.
Cook the ingredients while continuously stirring cook the cooked olive oil until thickened and cooked, let cool.
Take a piece of gabin dab 1 tbsp vla, flatten. Take 1 more piece of pile on top like making a sandwich, flattening the edges.
Dip the gabin that has been filled in egg whites, fry on oil that has been heated, use medium fire tend to be small. Fry until browned.
Wait until cool and then cut the triangle. Do not wait until cold bgt because fit in pieces can be destroyed.
Here it looks the middle
Nb: sugar can be adjusted to taste.
Nb (again): to utilize the remaining egg whites, take 1 piece of gabin, crush it. Stir with the rest of egg whites then fry .. it tastes good too. Just forget in the photo because udh hurry me to eat 😅
