I think it's a great time to buy... unfortunately, I've been having to power down this month due to "a series of unfortunate events" that all cost money... so I have been on the selling side of Steem at a time when the price is low... which is a bit sad, but I take it as a blessing that we HAD Steem available in a time of need!
