QOTD: What is the biggest hurdle you've had to overcome in business or in life? What did you do to overcome it?

Biggest hurdle in business was to learn and work with people at their pace and teaching them to be better at their work and skill. Learned and still learning to whole lesson of patience 😊

Definitely taking responsibility for my choices whether good or bad.
