I myself used the services and was happy with the vote value that i got for the paid amount. Maybe at some times it was at the limit or maybe being a beginner i didn't figure out all the calculations prior to curation, but nevertheless i thing that the return is over the paid amount. And, let's all not forget that the facts speak by themselves and throwing words around doesn't help anyone. Of course, in case something goes bad there should be a way to correct it nevertheless. Maybe this is what is missing from the service in order to avoid such issues.
