Strange but both Poloniex and Hitbtc exchanges are frozen for SBD deposit/withdrawals.

Very interesting, yes I predict Steem to settle at a new level of about $2. the gradual and steady climb is assuring that this isn't a Pump n Dump so I'm happy to finally see some positive movement.
