Why would I want to buy a SMT? I get that I could earn it for participating in a community. In order for it to be worth anything someone has to be willing to buy it. If it doesn't represent a claim on anything and it can't be used to pay to use a decentralized network (as steem is for bandwidth or ethereum is for gas) how can it have any value?
