SBD is currently sitting nice at 6.35 and Steem is sitting at 6.20 Cad
So not everything this week is going quite as smoothly and as consistently as one could hope, but the good news is here. The Markets have not crashed even further, and the recovery is in process, now we just have to play the waiting game, and "FIGHT THE GOOD FIGHT" The current prices do not scare me, it is more of an annoyance at this part. Annoyance at the inconsistencies that the crypto world brings. This was a reason why I think so many people liked Tether, because it was a consistent market within the Chaos. With the Tether investigations now in full swing, I can understand why certain people have lost faith. With BitConnect having tonnes of people losing money, I can understand the volatility better.
So keep on learning, and informing as many people as possible, this is the way to move forward. We as a community are responsible, for how Steem and SBD will eventually be used as a Currency. I currently do not think we are doing enough, I am just one small voice in the world, attempting to get a local coffee shop to accept the currency. If even 10% of the community could get 1 business on board, this year, that would be a huge leap forward!

This sounds great, I totally agree with you. But I also thing that the sell off is not over yet. For me it looks like there are more people who want to get out of the crypto market.
For every person selling it looks like there is another buying, but they are just buying at lower prices. The people getting out just look scared to me, Bitcoin is back up 2% today, probably more tomorrow, we will see how it all goes.
You are right, but we can see that the crypto market cap is failing a bit. It is under 500B now.
The tether thing sucks because it is most probably a scam. I remember when the USD was backed by gold and then it wasn't lol. But, you are right, outreach is the key.
Tether absolutely looks like a scam, I think USD also kinda looks scammy a currency backed by nothing hmm.
