JAXX Wallet Lost My BTC After Recent Update- Still Unresolved After 3 Days!

JAXX SECURITY ISSUE. PLEASE BE AWARE & TAKE PRECAUTIONS NOW!

So, on 9/27/17 I opened my JAXX wallet and received notice requiring me to complete their update. I followed their instructions and completed the required update. After the update was completed I opened the JAXX Wallet app to find all my BTC missing.

My account still shows all of my deposits but my balance shows $0.00. There is no withdraws either so I do not understand where the funds could be. I contacted JAXX support on 9/27/17 and received the standard BOT reply which is listed at the bottom of this post. You can read my email to the support below as well.

To JAXX Support on 9/29/17:
This is now going on 3 days my BTC is missing from my JAXX wallet. I have contacted support several times and no one has fixed this issue. My account shows all the deposits which I also took screenshots of each deposit and sent them in my previous emails.

If it were a small amount of BTC I wouldn't be too worried but this is over 6-figures missing from my account.

All of my confirmed BTC transactions show as deposited to my JAXX wallet as of Wednesday 9/27/17.
Yet my balance is $0.00. How is this possible?

If this can not be resolved and my funds deposited back into my JAXX account by 5pm today (9/29/17) I will post this message to Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and Steemit tonight.

The public needs to be aware that their money IS NOT safe in a JAXX wallet and as of today 3 days after my first email to the support team nothing is being done to recover my funds.

Please recover my funds and resolve this issue ASAP!

Please do not send anymore copy and paste BOT type emails.
This is a serious matter and should be addressed and corrected immediately.

Has anyone else had similar issues with their JAXX Wallet since the newest update?

I just restored using my 12 word back up phrase and all of my BTC was gone.
