He is an exception. You can't take him as an example. As said in the post a flag war with someone who has well over 1 million SP is too expensive.
As you can see @teleskop days of abusing have quickly ended. They even delegated most of their 98k SP to a bidbot. All because of a couple flags.
Now tell me how that wasn't an effective tactic?
Sometimes a community action can make the person think twice and change is behavior. I just saw many posts from the profile with 0$ payout. :)
No, they just got hit where it hurts the most (profit) and realized that it's not worth losing money.
