You don't know it? On minnowbooster.net you have to go to My Account > Edit Info, there you can activate voteselling and set a Votepower threshold when to sell your vote.
When people buy a minnowbooster upvote and minnowbooster can't fill it itself you get the paid sbd and vote instead of minnowbooster.

I see, good way to ruin the comment section. Minnowbooster just further ruined their reputation.
I didn't know, that comments where also allowed on minnowbooster.. I set the vp threshold now to 95% to just use up the votepower that would get wasted otherwise
