Why do it when u know u don't like it

A lot of things influence people's behavior like the things we see(for instance you want to be happy so u go see what a person u think is happy looks like and base ur description on that), the things we hear(allowing what people say about you make u do things that u know u don't like), the things we feel(stuff like sexual urges),but the one thing that bugs me is why two people who know they won't last a decade venture into a life time commitment.
Marriage is a gift from God,so it is not something to be fought against. All I am doing is challenging those who are going into it just to have their own set picture of what fulfillment looks like.
Today, people get engaged just to have kids or worse as a means of career advancement and then they get surprised two years after when they can't stand the sight of each other.
It's time for the world to face the reality of things,stop doing things to impress people or just to show that u can do it. Make quality use of your time and opportunities.
Do things because u like and want to do them. In this write up I am using marriage as an example but people run into trouble everyday cos they were following someone else's lead. We all have to pull our own weight and find fulfillment our own way in every area of life and that my steemians is where u will find true happiness.
