It looks like from their website depending on the network it could lake 30 minutes or longer. But generally if after 30 minutes you should submit a support ticket. Their customer service is set-up much like alot of things steemit related difficult.

I have to set-up a whole separate account to create a support ticket...lol This is professional...I'm feeling more confident in this exchange with every minute. @jerrybanfield raves about them in a few videos. That is one reason I thought I would give them a try. Everything on my end looks ok. I might check the block chain to see if the witnesses have done their job yet to certify these steem as authentic I guess might be the hold up...I'm just taking out the amount of liquid I put in. I would rather take $1 loss per steem verse the full 1.35 I paid. I'm gambling leaving my other account moving forward just in case I'm wrong about steem hitting a penny soon.

Worse case I guess They steal my funds and I can have something to write about for a while. It will make for an interesting topic of conversation if that were to happen. I would somehow link them to bellyrub....haha
