Yes

Let's get rid of this idea that flagging a minnow is inherently wrong. Let's use a simple syllogism.

1. Flagging abuse is good.
2. Some minnows commit abuse
3. Therefor, flagging some minnows is good.

I could go further and state how I believe it is good to flag facilitators of abuse as well.

That's just my opinion, though.
