Given below are ways that you can use to promote your affiliate links for free, but I will tell you the truth; it requires you to work. One thing you should know is that there is no shortcut to TRUE SUCCESS whether online or offline.
Before I list these freeways, I want to add a little discussion for just a few lines.
Whatever Product you will be promoting, one best way to get a quick head start in making sales, is for you to look for the place where your target audience are hanging out. Dont just start posting your affiliate links, but get to know them and what is missing that they need. By doing this you are creating more opportunities for yourself. Below are places and methods to get your target audience.
Create a Facebook Fan Page - A Facebook business page may not seem the right step for an affiliate marketer in the early stages of business, but its perfect once youve built a website, a small community, a mailing list and a brand.
Facebook Groups - Facebook groups are probably the least effective of the places you can market on Facebook, and thats just because there are so many of them, and a lot of them are dead because no one pays attention to them. Still, a few active groups exist and can be good fodder for affiliate links. Dont just go and Join any Group you see Only Join active groups that has the kind of audience you want to sell to.
Google+ Communities - Much like Facebook groups, communities on Google+
give you access to a smaller, more exclusive group of people interested in a particular topic. Once youve got their attention, market away.
LinkedIn Groups - LinkedIn has some very robust groups, and because youre limited in the number you can join, it makes joining very exclusive. Finding some good groups can give you the ability to promote just about anything.
Reddit Subs - Reddit can be a good place to market, but you have to be careful to fit in. You cant just throw your link wherever, because people will question it and they will down vote it into invisibility. Your only hope is to be a regular member of Reddit, while advertising your link when it comes up. Dont be spammy!
Pinterest Pins - Pinterest is a resource board for a primarily female audience interested in crafts, art and design. You can create some very interested followers just by promoting your offers in the right way on the site. The More followers you get, the better your chances of making a sale.
YouTube Videos - Do a quick YouTube search for your offer and chances are youll find a bunch of videos of people trying to promote that offer. Many of them will be based on the same template and will be decidedly uninspired. Make a better video and promote it, and youll quickly gain prominence as the best of the bunch. This is one of the greatest and oldest ways of promoting affiliate products and making quick sales.
Instagram Photos - You need a mobile device and a bit of graphic design talent to become an Instagram success, but you dont need to be a huge success; just someone with exposure in the right circles. Hashtags and quirky images are critical here.
Hubpages - Hubpages is a centralized blogging platform where you can create hubs on just about anything. Write valuable content hubs and link to your affiliate offers through them. Squidoo was recently purchased and merged with Hubpages, so if you used it in the past, you already have an in here.
Paid Advertising - Paid advertising is a sure fire way to get more visitors. You could do pay per click advertising (PPC), or advertise on social networking sites. The cost will vary depending on the keywords and your daily budget. Facebook and Twitter are the most popular social sites to advertise on and Google is the largest search engine for PPC. Bing and Yahoo also have great PPC rates and are less expensive than Google. Since they still hold about 30% of the search engine market share, this is a good alternative to Google AdWords if youre working with
a smaller budget. Just be sure to do detailed research on your keywords before starting any paid advertising campaign. I would only advise to use this method when you have a squeeze page or website for the products you are promoting.
