@dumar002 Hit up people in steemit chat if this happens. This problem has been acknowledged and addressed by an overwhelming number of users. With regards to most of the community, a sincere apology for bad behavior, or even simply pointing out that someone killed your rep without good cause (accidentally thought you were a bot, etc.) is typically fixed very quickly now.

Because accidents do happen sometimes (especially when people are new) it's been acknowledged that this type of problem can easily drive people away from the platform and was never the intent of the current Rep system in place. The platform is still in beta so most of these problems will be all worked out in good time. ;-)
