No. Otherwise I wouldn't hold 250K SP.
But the vast majority of value comes from Steem users, not Steemit Inc. So I wouldn't hold my breath to see any clarification about anything from them. They made it clear transparency is a vice as far as they're concerned.
Most states allows corporations to have 1 person to hold the office of President and Secretary as well as be the sole director of a corporation. I'm unsure which state Steemit, Inc is incorporated in, but generally speaking, Ned could easily hold all 3 positions in most states.
