- I am a Huge Believer in Steem, But I just started noticing a Few flaws that Might be somewhat Problematic in the future of Steemit.com...
People are Registering and Posting and Making Money
- Most People here on Steemit don't Invest Any actual Money
- Steemit Needs investments/Money to Grow in Market Cap and in Value!
- More and More People Try To make money on steemit instead of Investing.
- People that are Regularly Making Money are Regularly cashing Out which Leaches Steem's Funds.
- Many Even Transfer their SBD to Other Crypto-Currencies as Investments ( I am not an Exception)
- At this Rate I am not too sure How well Steemit can maintain Growth!
If Steem can Continue Growing, even if the Growth is very slow. Steem Will Crush it!
- The Only Problem Steemit is Facing is that People are Leaching Steem's Money every day...
- If this problem is not Crucial (which it Might be!) Steem will slowly keep Going up.
- In a Few Years Possibly grow to Top 20 Social-Networks on the Planet!
I still believe in Steem and I will keep Powering Up!
- Although I will be on the Lookout, a Few bad decisions could kill Steemit.
- @Ned and @Dan are very smart, they know what they are doing, but even they cannot Predict how Market will react to Steemit in Future!
Does this mean you're reconsidering quitting your job and doing Steemit full time?
I am not :) I have been making Videos these few days for Steemit!
It's still very very possible to make a living here, it's just got a lot more competitive

The whales keep most of their steem in SP. Just go to steemwhales.com you will see there are HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS of dollars in steem power sitting there. Sure, sometimes whales will power down, but they likely won't power down all of their steem power, then they wouldn't be whales anymore. I have both made $$$ here and invested. That's how I've gotten to almost 1,000 Steem.
You are absolutely right, and the System of Steem was designed for people to Keep the Power!
Although It's not the whales who make the Value Of Steem grow,
It's the New Investors that Bring in additional money!
As long as steem has more investors coming in then people Cashing Out the money from steem, It will keep the growth!
I hope Steem will go up, but as you already pointed out, I also don't think there are many investing in Steem. Here basically to make a quick buck.
I actually do have some Steem, just not on Steemit at the moment.

well i believe ,steemit will do well ,i have invested and i am sure the price will up as more users join.
I understand your concern. When wales get popular and get lots of subs they start withdrawing their SP. I too have noticed it and it's bad for growth.

If you invest in steem as a platform it basically is like holding a growing bond. Time is money:)
