Thanks for the work. Great job on reaching the 10k SP mark, I'm working still on my 1M vests almost there. Question on the Operation Translation, how does it work? Can anyone add the logo to there work?

Basically, Operation Translation is where you allow users who know other languages to translate your posts into another language and post that translation themselves, keeping the payout for themselves too.
It builds the community, gives others opportunity, and gets publicity for the original author.
Anyone is free to join and use the logo.
