If you are setting a single miner/witness system that you want to mine Steem with and you have a single user - yes.
There are vairous cases when you can have different configuration of the miner/witness settings, have multiple accounts etc.
If I want to have multiple miners, but only one witness and one steemit account, what do I need to do?
