Upvoting for the comedy and effort, but as to the concerns over new releases, I think it's very similar to the Facebook drama we see every time they change their UI:
Week 1:OMG, I hate it! I'm leaving! This is terrible!
Week 2:Well, okay, maybe it's not all that bad.
Week 3:Actually, that new feature is kind of cool. I like that.
Week 4:I don't know what everyone was whining about. The new interface is such an improvement. I guess small minded people just fear change.
Keep tucking
I believe it's to do withHit & Miss, not every blog can be paid out.
I have seen a post get $10 by 5 upvotes
I have 10 upvote, I get Bugger all ($0.003) @bullionstackers
The algorithm didn't work for me 🙁🙁🙁🙁🙁🙁🙁 the legendary SteemWhales is a myth
Someone pointed out this gem in Slack tonight and it is worth reading for anyone not completely happy with the 12 hour change ...
"It is worth mentioning that we plan on moving this parameter and many others to a consolidated witness vote so that witnesses can tune them without the need of a new release. If 12 hours isn't quite right, it will be easily changed very soon."
Haha... I bet that was a nice, well-tempered, tea-sipping affair! What's even funnier though is that the $10 reward limit would worry you... my posts seem to be have a current maximum payout of 2 cents, $10 would be the jackpot to me! :-)
yups, see you tomorrow with your new comical article
one of my favorite and entertaining article i read everyday
its simple and funny but your comical article was able to describe major event on steemit.com
Good Work
Well, you never know with these things haha! But I think our Steem community's voice does play a part and for the better or worst, its the "bad apples" in the community that cause these measures and changes to be made in the first place.. If things can go one way, so can they move the other
Anyways, Steemit is still in beta and very very young. Now we are going through various phases that all social networks must go through. With all problems and issues (or rather situations) included
On the other hand, things are developing with the speed of light. Both on the official platform and with various tools and websites. The community is very healthy and eager to help the platform mature and succeed. We are investing our time, knowledge, talent, ... maybe even money. It won't fail us and we won't fail!

I do think they'll get it right.
Great post. Like exact what is going on. Haha
Funny. Enjoyed it.
Pay to post, interesting business model :)
In the next update we will see 'pay to comment' for sure.

What is the current rule now? I heard it's no longer 24 hours? and it's a 30 day payout?
12 hour payout. Then a second at 30 days.
Hahaha this is brilliant.
I don't know about all that, but I'll take it! :)
Version v0.13.666 will be skipped, of course :)
