That's exactly where you need to be @detlev. The interests that don't affect you, leave them alone, and jump into the ones you are passionate about. The comments aren't just to be seen and noticed, but to actually engage with the author of a post or a photo and create and open discussion that both sides hold an interest in and also to converse with other viewers of a post. The more open and genuine we are, the more it encourages others to do so as well.
