Yeah, using steemit for ebegging is not cool. that being said, there's lots of people around the world that live in depressed countries where even $1 a day could make a difference. Steemit could actually offer a glimmer of hope to these folks. However, making meaningful comments and posts is your best bet for acquiring votes. Steem on!

I can definitely understand that and I really do want to be able to help them out. But yea...if they jumped in peoples faces in real life...it wouldn't work well there either. There's a very happy middle ground where we all can get what we want. :)
