I have gone from being a gym junkie, to being a lazy slob, to being a gym junkie again and getting quite large (just under 100kg with a 104cm chest and 66cm thighs), to then being very lazy again.

Habit-forming is everything when it comes to working out. If you're in the habit of training, it's easy. If you're not in the habit, you never want to do it. I hope you find your motivation again!

wow that's some extremes haha! but yeah it's just as you say, getting the habit. Well I did do some push ups and abs last night, I'll try to keep doing them at night and maybe add a few more exercises, like for the lower body so that I can have a quick full body workout. Thanks for the extra support @donnymurph
