Steemit - A Trip to Muzium Negara Kuala Lumpur

in #steem-cartoon7 years ago (edited)

Hello, guys! This is my second post now C: I thought of wanting to wait until next month but I've decided to make it short and simple because yesterday I went to Muzium Negara, Kuala Lumpur for a special talk. Here we go!

THE TRAFFIC

Before I get to the main point of this post, I would like to mentioned about how much I hate the roads at Kuala Lumpur.

In the morning, I had to attend my usual animation progress presentation and it sucks that you have to wake up late in the morning and run like a maniac to class. Without showering. And the atmosphere during the whole presentation was.. urgh. But that will be another post in the future.

Point is, I didn't get enough sleep ;; So I had a rough morning.

So, as my friend and I hit the road, simply put we got lost at some point in Kuala Lumpur. Because there were too many roads, junctions and cars at the same time that it made us confused. The GPS didn't help much. Sadly. Because it was also confused.

THE TALK

So, we finally arrived at Muzium Negara. It was 3PM at that. We're an hour late. But better be late than never!

Anyhow, the talk is generally about Steemit, the platform that we are using now! C: And the talk was delivered by none other than @sireh and his fellow steemmates @perennial @abgmie @bitrocker2020 from #steem-cartoon and #teammalaysia

To summarize everything, the whole talk was fun and informative. These wonderful gentlemen shared their experience of how they came across steemit and how to fully utilize the platform to its advantage. It was eye-opening. It seems like it convinces like most of the audience attended to also start making an account for steemit. And also, we get to promote our Scroll Project to everyone.

Yay! C: All's well that ends well.

END OF THE DAY

After the talk, before heading home, my friend and I visited the Cartoon & Kita exhibition just for the fun of it. It was a quick tour around the exhibition and I get to see all of my comic artists on the walls. Oh and I even get to see our Scroll Projects on display too!
