For auto voters I have been using minnowbooster. Very similar to steem voter. The steem-bounty to me is the most rewarding as I rarely get a big upvote on my own content but get good returns from comments via steembounty. Thanks!

I'm in a similar situation, no major activity on my blog either. I'll also start using the steem-bounty service more often, because I'm very satisfied with interaction that it generates.
