@steem-bounty is a way to attract more visitors and increase the level of engagement in your publications.
Steem bounty allows you to distribute N amount of steem / sbd among the comments of your post.
When the post is paid the amount will be divided among the comments that are voted by the author of the post.
I found it really interesting because it can be given very good uses, such as: In a contest. where only valid entries take a part of the steem bounty.
Another example would be: Gather information. Ask questions in the post about a certain topic and reward people who respond correctly.
In short, Steem Bounty has the ability to increase the comments of quality and the level of engagement of real people in your posts.
How put a @steem-bounty in your publication?
1 - Write and publish your post.
2 - Go to your wallet and transfer the amount of Steem / SBD to @steem-bounty. Paste the URL of the publication in which you want to place the reward in the 'Memo' field.
3 - Once the transaction is complete, @steem-bounty will post a comment on your post, informing people that a reward has been established.
So, how it saw it was really good tool, I decided to investigate more about @steem-bounty and i found out that it offers us two more services:
You can become a "steem bounty hunter". Because in the official page of stem bounty they show you the posts that have active rewards of steem bounty, so you can try to solve some of those post and get some extra money!
You can exchange votes with people who have a voting power similar to yours.
How does it work?
1 - Club members with available and active post and voting power are identified.
2 - The members with the most similar voting power gets paired with you.
3 - Paired users vote in the other publications with adjusted voting percentages to guarantee votes of equal value.

Have you tried with different value of the bounty? Is it possible to see better result with higher value OR does it attract a lot of spam comments?
This is my first time trying it! but i think it wont attract spammy comments, because only real comments from real people will get rewarded
There's a bounty tracker on steem-bounty.com so larger bounties should attract more interest. Unfortunately, I don't think the system is well-known enough yet to even encourage bounty-farmers so yeah. My contest (linked at the end of the OP) has a huge bounty and it's getting pretty low traction. I might keep trying with lower bounties for now.
I think it discourages spam because the bounty is shared out based on a number of factors - the biggest being the OP upvoting the comment.

oh. Yes I saw that contest. Some people told me to join. But I do not have Insta. MAYBE that is the problem this time. If the contest is difficult to enter (or some think so) you get less people joining.
I also not join so much contest when they say that I have to resteem (you did not).

Thanks for your feedback. I think that's my point here, where I think the size of the prize pool is large compared to the amount of work the contestants must do. I say that because I see plenty of contests that require more work and have smaller prize pools. That's why I think steem-bounty is not yet well-known enough.
I had people on Discord asking for liquid SBD instead of steem-bounty - as if SB was some kind of shitcoin/token. But, SBounty does payout in liquid SBD (or STEEM). I'll try alter my wording to make that clearer.
Anyways, I'll keep running contests every couple of weeks. My next one is likely to involve Instagram again, but after that, probably back to my usual "guess the thing" game. Less work so it's smaller prizes.
I agree. And sometime I do not understand how people think.
They rather join a easy contest to win 0,1 Steem than put 5 minutes to a contest to win 5 steem

I have been using steem-bounty for a few months, and it really is a tremendous tool, very good, as you say, it makes the publications more visible, and calls for them to participate with quality comments, very true that. It is important and vital for the whole platform that both publications and comments are of quality.
Today I have participated in several post bounties, as you say, allows you to have an extra income.
Now what I should comment with all sincerity is that I did not know the STEEM VOTE EXCHANGE CLUB, but I'm going to register and see how it goes, I think it's a way to keep the account moving, the platform, there are many benefits. Thanks for posting all this information.
