- Cut it into three or four chunks
- Drop the chunks, with the peel, into boiling water
- Let boil for 10 minutes
- Strain bananas
- Add cinnamon (optional)

I have suffered terrible insomnia over the last few years and even ended up in a sleep hospital in Bangkok having not slept for several weeks, lying awake night after night going slowly insane.
