And no, these posts are not "scripted" and cannot be put on a "website", and they probably require much more efforts than you think. I invite you and everyone sharing your thoughts to try and make them.
Unfortunately, upon council of incompetent police agents, these posts are being made the scapegoat of the failure of micromanaging everything on Steemit. In complete disregard of their popularity.

@pfunk, I dont know that he was necessarily referring to you specifically, and I think he wasn't. Mostly it was @ned who started the witch hunt over these posts, including making claims about them to me in private (since I was upvoting them) which turned out to be completely inaccurate. I think he's continuing the dispute by flagging despite his assumptions and stated reasons being incorrect mostly over a refusal to admit he was wrong.
On the matter of the utility of posting here rather than a web site I answered that specifically in the other discussion. Posting here means rewards (you think that is bad, but others disagree; votes can and will sort that out), presence in feeds (for people who choose to follow him), comment discussion, and keeping people on the platform to get the content they want rather than suggesting they go elsewhere (which frankly I find extremely odd and counterproductive in trying to grow the community).
Thank you @smooth for supporting these posts and standing with the grassroots of this community against the bullying and harassment.
One thing I learned throughout my unfortunate encounters with the numerous police agents, is that there is no point in trying to explain your point of view to each and every one of them (because they think you have to account to each one of them personally and explain why you posted or voted this or that when they throw false accusations at you). And in the end it’s like talking to a brick wall, they won’t even bother considering or understanding your opinion. I don’t know who gave them all this power, and what the hiring criteria are. Also most of them use disrespectful language, and do not hold any substantial stake in this platform.
I’m getting really tired of all this harassment, and having to face the systematic and exclusive flag of my payouts posts like they are the root of all evil on Steemit (I sometimes feel like posting illegal content).
In addition to working on my daily post, which takes around an hour, I now have to spend hours replying to baseless accusations.

Are you writing these all out manually? Scripting is synonymous with automation. Furthermore, if they can be hosted by Steemit they can be hosted anywhere else on the web.
Somewhat aside from this, you might think I was one of the people who were on your case for your photo posts. I wasn't, I mostly stayed out of that.
