Well written. Mostly from an investor's view.
However, most people come here for fun, they're users / consumers, not investors. When people are forced to invest to be able to use a product, some will just leave.

Sure, but if the top trend spots of the site are never really reachable by regular consumers/users then they should be placed more discreetly. There are few things worse than holding the candy just outside a babies reach...

Otherwise we will continue to have endless witch hunts and the like.

They are not forced to invest to use the product, only to control (more of) where the rewards go. Anyone can post, vote, comment, or use the blockchain to make or receive transfers with just a minimum balance.
