great to see you here, Eliezer.

I read most of your post and at first read some of the ideas sounded crazy.. but after a bit of mental digestion I think the underlying theses are sound.. of course a movable house is superior to a non-movable.. the idea is just so counter to our experience it sounds crazy or unfeasible. It reminds me of that oft repeated adage that goes something like " all great ideas sound crazy at first".

I think if this was ever to be a successful startup, they would have to target the super wealthy first, because I'm sure the first movable houses (following your stringent specifications) would be extremely expensive. However, I'm sure there could be a market for this, especially if they could be parked on barges in the san francisco bay or something like that..
