Stardom Play - Ego Starts at Level 10

When you are playing Stardom Play, you will notice a new stat bar show up under your % energy bar stat. It is measuring your Ego.

The closer to 100% balance between Ego and Ability the better. My Ego % has dropped to 48% so I need to determine what I can do to get the percentage back up closer to the 100% area.

I currently have an Ego of 132 and my Total Ability is 65. There are two components of Total Ability. The first number in the brackets is the ability you get from your NFT cards. The second is Ability that is earned from running the Cinematography Lesson.

Let's take a look at how to get Ability from running the Cinematography Lesson. To run the Lesson it takes 65 Energy and 45 minutes and by completing the mission you will earn from 4 to 8 Ability points. This would be great since each of the missions I currently run give me 4 Ego with each mission run. I could just run two lessons for each mission I run and this would increase my Ego % back toward the 100% number.

However then I noticed that it takes 500 Fans to run the Cinematography Lesson. I am only at 70 Fans so to get to 500 Fans will take me a while.

Ok, so running the Cinematography Lesson is out of the question for a little while until I really start to add more fans. So how else can I keep the Ego % from getting worse until I can start running that Lesson?

Some of the NFT cards have an Ability stat. I will need to purchase NFT cards to add to my ability and also add to my fans.

I withdrew all of my available Stardom tokens which made my balance 1412 so I went to https://nftm.art/buy/stardom to see what individual cards were available that would add ability and fans that was in my price range.

I searched all the cards and found PC9 Axton which has 10 Fans and 15 Ability.

This card cost 1.1 Swap.Hive. I could see about converting my Stardom tokens to Swap.Hive to purchase it.

When looking at the market the ask for Stardom tokens was .000482 Hive per Stardom. With the 1412 Stardom tokens I would be able to exchange them for 0.680584 Swap.Hive. This way short of the amount of Swap.Hive I need to purchase this card so I kept looking to see what was available.

When I got down to the section that priced the NFT cards in Stardom, I noticed the same card but it was priced in Stardom tokens. I could not believe it. I had 1412 Stardom tokens and it was only 1400 Stardom. I purchased that card as quickly as possible for a big savings.

My advise to everyone is to check all token prices for what you are looking at buying, you never know which token price will be the best until you check them all.

By adding this card my Ego % increased from 48% to 55%.

My Ability is now 80 so I still need to add a lot more but at least it is moving in the right direction.

Stardom Play keeps improving and adding functions to their new game. They have mentioned many more items in their discord that they have planned so progress is always great to see with a new project.
