Hello reader,

I have read lots of post here on steemit talking about giving back to your community and some refer to this as our duty. Indeed, this is the truth told in plain words. Steemit has given us the opportunity to gain a great deal of financial freedom and has helped in building our intellectual capacity, thus giving us a classroom beyond the four walls of an educational institution.

This innovation, however, has caused some individuals to go out of their way to fill in loopholes the platform can’t fix since these loopholes could only be done via the individuals. Thus, the STACH community has identified a problem and has sought to solve these problems.

A wise man once said

To gain the visibility you need, find a problem in your community and be the solution.

@stach is a solution to problems.

WHAT IS THE STEEM ACCELERATOR HUB

STACH is a community driven platform which is set to replicate the robust online offering in the offline space. Like any thriving hub, STACH is concerned with offering first the one thing that is lacking in the Nigerian and African Steemit space-- an Education, and then Collaboration.

Like I mentioned earlier, to gain visibility, one must identify a problem and be the solution or provide a solution to that problem. As every knows, third world countries are classified by undevelopment or underdevelopment as the case maybe, and Nigeria is not exempted from this classification. Thus, taking a careful and proper tour around Nigeria, one could comfortably identify the

disappointing reality of the failure of a system that only teaches dependency on state provided jobs and assets…

As @ ejemai posited in his post. Consequently, this has made the youths of the country live inside a box, and not willing to grow beyond the box because this is the constraints that has been placed on them by the home government.

However, with this in mind, we (the stach community) has come to,

  • Acknowledge that there’s a need to uphold the tenets of self-dependency and growth
    as inspired by community participation.

  • Identify the need for a place where liberty is the watchword and, if course, allow people especially youngsters explore their dreams and vision, and key into the crypocurrency space.

Thus, the function of the Steem Accelerator Hub;

THE FUNCTION(S ) OF THE STEEM ACCELERATOR HUB:

Like we earlier metioned, we are to identify a problem(s) and be the solution to the problem(s). The problem are those we identified above and now the solution.

The Steem accelerator hub would serve as a problem solving scheme for youngsters in Nigeria and beyond and would also promote the steem blockchain. Amongst these, below are the benefits stach would avail steemians in its canopy.

  • Knowledge exchange center:
The STACH would serve as a meeting point for all steemian in the locations where the hub would he situated, where there would a transaction of knowledge. They would most definitely meet to discourse the everything Steemit and the many other ventures associated with it.

It is clear that without an education, development and active growth will be minimal and practically impossible.

  • Conference center:
During the past meetups that have been organised in this location, they had to deal with capital intensive conference rooms with limited time assigned to these meetups, as the venues were either booked for another meeting or an event.
The hub would have to solve that problem of wandering looking for a venue for meetups as the hub would address that issue as it would be a venue for meetups, planning for rallies and parades and a general meeting point.
Also, technological, technical and financial investment collaborations will be facilitated through the hub.

  • Data bundle issue and Power Supply: It's a vivid fact that running a steady internet data plan here in Nigeria is on the high side. The tariff plans are highly jaw breaking for a working class talk more of a young school student. Thus, the hub will provide free WiFi service for steemians to enable them get online to blog, post and earn. And of course, due to the low power supply in Nigeria, there'd be availability of power supply for the steemians to steem.

  • Freedom center:
    As posited by @ejemai

This is particularly what the hub will represent and it will be a win for the average Nigerian youth who truly deserve a chance at participating in contests, competitions and developmental endeavors like their peers in developed communities.
We are particularly sure that the hub will be a place where new innovations that will add to Steemit and even best it will be born. Peer to Peer exchange will be the order of the day

WHY DO WE NEED A STEEM ACCELERATOR HUB?

Apparently, the answer to this question lies in the benefits of the steem accelerator hub. Note also the word "accelerator' in this phrase. To accelerate is simiply to induce speed for growth and development. As such, with the outlined benefits, one could tell that the hub would be an instrument for acceleration in the different locations.

The issues of thinking inside the box would be eradicated. Young people would be brought together to achieve goals and pull up million dollar ideas.

Through the hub, unity would be promoted as the people involved would be left with no choice than to work hand-in-hand.

Apparently, problems would be solved. The issue of data limitation as well as power supply would be curbed among steemians.

And of course, financial freedom would be achieved.

THE LAUNCH DETAILS.

The hub is ready to kick off, but it is worth a celebration. Be that as it may, there'd be a hub launch or what i might like to refer to as a ceremonial opening of the steem accelerator hub located in Uyo, Akwa Ibom state, Nigeria. The opening is to start of at 10:00am GMT and of course we have guests who would be giving us some tips about steemit. And for sure @ejemai would be present as well as @gbenga @ewuoso @onos @onequality @steemvirus @pangoli and others who have come from different locations to share in the happiness of the moment.

Special thanks to the @steemit-uyo group for their cooperation and contributions, both monetarily and physically.

It's a virus and we are happy carriers

Cheers to the weekend.
Let the count down begin.
