As much as I see this 'madness' of the highest order, I'll still try and look at other indices surrounding the matter.
But for God's sake, why should someone lie in a grave all because he was not paid for his job? There are other ways to make his grievances known instead of this one that has successfully made him a laughing stock all over social media.
To an extent, we should blame the people who gave him the job and didn't pay him? They made him behave in such shameful way.

In some quarters, this act may be perceived as the uncivilised or 'black' nature of Africans, making people in the western world believe we are 'good-for-nothing' set of people with no iota of sense at all. Globally, that notion has been erased up to an extent, but acts like this one will only keep painting Africans in a bad light.

I'm an advocate for the African sovereignty and I'm of the strong hope and optimism that Africa can lead the whole world in virtually all the walks of life. Right now, a movie of African story and roots hit the $1b mark- talking about 'Black Panther'.
Recently, another movie- 'Pacific Rim Uprising' by John Boyega, a Nigerian displaced Black Panther as the highest-grossing movie for one week of release at the box office.
Some of these things show that Africa has the potential to lead other continents not just in movies, but every other sector of life.

So, acts like the one in the image should be frowned at totally.
