It was a successful event, the stach Uyo has been launched and this really feels good. I can proudly tell you guys that steemit.com now has a physical presence in Uyo Akwa ibom state Nigeria thanks to @ejemai who has done this for Uyo community we really appreciate.
The uyo steemit community is made of a large number of amazing young steemians.
We are very cooperative and every willing to help each other and this has been key to our general growth on steemit so far. We have recorded tremendous growth individually on steemit amidst the various challenges we have faced so far which includes access to constant power supply, inability to purchase enough data to steem effectively, having to meet up in eateries, bars and places like that just to discuss steemit with a fellow steemian or to introduce a newbie to steemit. All these amongs others are the major challenges the stach Uyo has addressed already upon its launch yesterday from this moment I am positive the Uyo community just reached a turning point, this community is set to experience a major expansion because promoting steemit just got easier. Take for example while the launch was going on, due to the large turn out passers-by had to stop for a second and ask what's going on here you can teust we seized the opportunity to promote steemit.
At the launch I met alot of amazing steemians from all over the country the likes of @NairaDaddy it was nice meeting you in flesh and blood and not just that right there he thought briefly on how to grow on steemit it was brief but very loaded session. I also got to other amazing Uyo steemians, I must say that I see alot of hunger in yours we are very hungry to steem and add value to the steemit community at large.
