Technique

Softly oil.

Preheat broiler to 180°C.

In an expansive bowl, whisk together cocoa, sugar, flour, moment espresso.

Include eggs, margarine and espresso, and blend just until smooth.

Crease in your nuts and chips.

Spoon the blend into the container, smoothing the best.

Heat for around 35-40 minutes.
