Hello friends.
Help The Minnows, a new generation of Steemians are upon us and we have what it takes to make it better for them than it was for us.
I have been pondering at this thought in my mind for as long as I can remember and I think it is time we look at this issue and do something. I am from a country that is used to NOT allowing the young lead and this act has resulted to a nation with over 80million strong and vibrant youths being ruled by a bunch of senile and criminally insane goons.
On July 18th 2017, the Nigerian Senate killed the NOT TOO YOUNG TO RUN BILL, and till now we are still being ruled by criminally insane persons whose senility runs deep than the world's deepest pit.
So seeing less successful minnows makes me worry at where we might be heading.
So I ask, "Is the community not helping or are the minnows not helping themselves for the community to help them"???
Helping the Minnows means helping the Steemit ecosystem and all hands must be on deck.
YOU.
Now its our turn to do something different.
Will you let them be? Will you let the minnows thrive?
Will you help the minnows live to see the new Ecosystem of greatness Steemit promises to give the world?
A generation of new Steemians are upon us and they are trying, trying to get by and all they mostly see is the unpleasantness of the system; well written articles and creativity paired with genius sweated out with no payout. (0.00 and no upvotes).
Oh, how we're dying, is the system loosing its grip on reality? A reality lost because we failed to help the minnows grow? Should we wake up to a platform of Kings and Queens with no subjects?
Upvote, comment and support them
Minnows are here today and tomorrow they are gone. Don't you just wonder why that is? Steemit pays so much money to create an account [8 -10STEEM?) and I think it is up to use to help make Steemit not lose so much monies on registration.
New users join Steemit and after struggling in the lowlands for as long as they can bear to persevere, the hope they once had when they appeared here gets dashed and tossed in the garbage of history. What is left to be done is take a stylish walk into oblivion.
Hope never owes it to anyone to be there forever, that is why when you find it, you must make good use of it because it will go away when no results to show for the efforts.
How can a platform like Steemit that once seemed right just suddenly become oh-so wrong for a minnow?
Let's protect, and not molest those that are here, they found this place and they want to make it their home.
Minnows are hungry and they found a home, a family in Steemit; and this family must not fail to help them live to see the goodies of this "world," this world that offers the creative commons a chance to mine their earnings with their minds.
Whales and Dolphins, where in the world have you gone? I see minnows crying and using their insufficient VP to vote your articles, while they endlessly wait for you to throw them a piece of tuna. I once had a whale's vote and it gladdened my heart.
With the way we are going, many Minnows will get tired of Steemit and take a walk from it before they turns 2 months old. Like big brother, you have been known to fail the little brothers who look up to you. Are you just another brother who's left his home vowing to not look back?
Overall, Minnows say they love the Whales and Dolphins and I still do not know why.
I know it can be hard to do so much for so many and yes, you started from the scratch and that I think is the beauty that follows you; the very beauty that makes the world place you on a high pedestal. I too started from the scratch and was even told to fuck off when I tried to reach out to those whom I thought would just lend an upvote.
A better day is coming, a better community is brewing right inside this awesome community and soon compartmentalization will become the order of the day. A better day that will usher in great benefits and the community needs you more than ever to make this work for all and sundry. You are the pillar of the community, this ecosystem is existing because you exist for her
AND YOU.
Upvotes and huge payouts always sounds good when we are told how Steemit pays you to Blog, Like and Comment, but we are never truly educated on how hard that can get.
Education on Steemit? Yes- "How to not write shitty articles, how to not get flagged, how to not be caught with someone else's work and how to not spam and most importantly, how to put in work on Steemit" are among the lessons many never get to learn before they got on this mine.
Minnows, help your fellow minnows, follow them, comment on their articles, upvote them with your 0.01SBD and you will be glad you did when the tides turn. The help is not supposed to come from the Whales or Dolphins alone, but from the numerous minnows in an enclave. Collaboration is key! Make friends, you need a friend in a friend. Be a friend, someone needs you to be a friend.
Failing comes too easy when you miss your way.
Couple of flags from Cheetah and a wicked downvote from a Whale or couple of Dolphins, a dime bag of crack, the end of you, black and white, good and bad, a constant fight, minute by minute, day by day, week by week, day and night.., you had that feeling you will become big. Up in pufff it goes.
Minnow, Minnows don't be fooled, you must learn about the way that Whales are made on Steemit, some worked their way there and some bought their way there through investments in Steem Power, both are legitimate and you can choose either of the two.
This platform where we mine our earnings was formed by people like you and I. You can read about the early starters who weathered the storm so that we will not forget what we met and remember we must leave a legacy bigger than what is now obtained.
STACH, MINNOWSUPPORT and MORE.
There is a desire I strongly have and it is to bring the Steem to my world. I've got to stand and make a better way for a generation of creative newbies in an ecosystem where the creative commons are given a place to thrive irrespective of color, age, race or reputation score.
Steemians, we must love one another and give respect to everyone, and when you see an older Steemian, paint a picture in your mind that they have grey hair and acknowledge them, because I know they paved the way for you and I to be here and live this way.
I know lots of great Steemians who have laid it all for the development of communities and are still laying it down for the benefit of a global community that collaborates for a common good. I can mention names but I won't and that is because they like being selfless and hope you will too.
There where times when I earned less than 0.00SBD and now as a Nigerian, Steemit pays for my subscription and made it possible for The Steem Accelerator Hub to be born.
STACH is looking to do some good and we are focusing on the Minnows while we take the online doggedness offline to create earning potentials that will put fiat earnings to shame.
It appears that things have changed right? Well, don't be too fast to conclude, work is still being done to ensure we do more good in our own right. Maybe growing in a slow or fast way is what happens here, growth is in the method and advancement is still the same game.
Help the minnows.
What is STACH?
STACH is a decentralized education and training center developed to foster collaboration and participation, and we are just beginning to open our world up to the earning potentials that are buried right inside our devices

Make the world a better place for someone today!
I'm not doing so bad... I only joined this month, and I think I'm doing fine...
The problem is people join after hearing about getting paid for posting.
Instantly start posting random "Please upvote me!" posts, spamming comments in the photography feed, and abusing the introduceyourself tag for tiny tips.
Quickly realize it gets you nowhere and end up quitting, all in the span of some 3 to 4 days 😆
I totally agree....I'm reaping the benefits of new friends and great interaction. I think if everyone looked at it with an open mind, they will find it much easier to climb the Steemit hills ;)
@kimmydee2You are right my friend, we all just need to look at the upside despite being positioned in the downside.
@domcrypto I am glad you have something to show for doing the right thing and that is your confidence which is more than most people have despite being here longer. Coming to Steemit for the money seems to be the order of the day for most, but it takes the mind willing to do more, to get the picture and grasp the opportunities that calls out.
For me, I like to get more exposer and have more engagement in the comment section. I rarely get that these days. It's either good post or thanks for sharing.
I've been on steemit for 3 months now, and its been really cool, so far..I'm just really thankful for what I received over the months. However, I'm begining to think that In order to have a strong following, is to have a great amount of steem power. If people see that, they'll flock to it.
So, does having quality content matter or steem power? I've seen other users who haven't posted anything but have a crap ton of sp. Maybe i'm just missing something here or there's something deeper, beneath the surface.
I do a lot of graphic design work ranging from animation to drawing, but I don't know if my own content is good, because I don't get enough engagement in the comment section @ejemai. I guess I'll have to wait and see what turns up.
I just checked your page and I must say I am impressed. Did you do those yourself? Then we should talk more. Hit me up on Steemit Chat when you are free. @ejemai is the handle.
The engagements will come soon enough and like I mentioned
Yes, the animation is 100% my work. It took me 5 days to complete it, and thank you @ejemai.
Thank you for this. Anyway, i just joined steemit and am still learning how to fly like a little bird. I also checked your page and i love your work and i hope my journey on steemit will be wonderful.
I'm learning as I go. Excellent and encouraging post. A valuable vote once in a while would be great :D
Thank you, glad you got something out of it.
When I got here, I posted a writeup I had on my google blog. Cheetah didnt upvote or make any comment but someone flagged me and I didnt even understand what happened until two weeks later.
It was very painful.
Overall, minnows help fellow minnows a lot, I'm pretty sure of that
Minnows help each other and that is for those who understand that in helping others they are helping themselves. I have seen minnows with 0.01 VP still set their slider to give a fellow minnow 0.1% of their vote and some will rather not vote than vote your article. Steemit is built to be a place where love for community always trumps self-love.
I found this post very informative.
I believe mostly that people expect this platform to be exactly what they're used to, like facebook, twitter etc. and they may get sidetracked with all the content on the other platforms.
I personally am waiting for the day we have an app on our mobile devices where we can take a picture or video on the mobile device and upload it directly to Steemit without a third party. (I know there are probably dev's hard are work on this, and I offer myself a tribute to be an iOS tester )
Steemit has so much more to offer and I am sure you are here at the right time. I think Facebook created a bunch of lazies who think being successful on Social media is based on the number of fake friends they have.
Nice post, i need to read it twice, thanks for sharing.
Thanks for reading... again!
Great post. Check out my new post @jakemore.thanks
Thanks for reading.
trying !!! :)
I never thought of making white friends but i did here on steemit. The white friends i had on Facebook are game boys.lol.
Steemit Rocks
Yea, Steemit rocks!
Nice article, very helpful.
Thank you and good luck. ;)
Thank you for reading.
I have been seeing your work, thnks for looking out for us
Minnows should also try to socialize, have goals and follow steps of whales.
