  1. Lowering blood pressure
    Coconut water contains vitamin C, potassium and magnesium that helps control blood pressure. Potassium helps to balance the adverse effects of sodium and lowers blood pressure.

Those of us who grew up in tropical countries know how delicious and Hydrating a big glass of fresh coconut water is; however, living in the US, I have to settle for boxed coconut water which even though tasting, it does not compare to the real thing
