Mohamed Salah joined Liverpool by breaking the club's transfer record, beating a nominal £ 35 million (£ 52million) issued by Liverpool while recruiting Andy Caroll from Newcastle United in 2011.
According to news Echo Liverpool, Friday (07/07/2017), Mohamed Salah will join with his colleagues at Melwood this weekend. The 27-year-old will take part in Liverpool's pre-season tour to Hong Kong.
"Although people do not really know him (Mohamed Salah), they have to watch some videos and they will definitely be impressed," said Jurgen Klopp.
"We certainly have talked to each other, he is a great player, he really can not wait to come to Liverpool to join us," the former Borussia Dortmund coach added.
During his three career seasons in Serie A, Mohamed Salah went through 81 games and scored 35 goals, and 24 assists. Previously, Mohamed Salah had a career with Chelsea, but was dumped Jose Mourinho because it is considered not developed.
However, Jurgen Klopp thinks differently. According to him, "He is a fantastic player and has great speed." Last season, we have talked about trying to add a composition in the Liverpool squad, including one of the fastest players, and he (Mohamed Salah) is a suitable player.
