How to do 2 or 3 quest with 1 rental !!

in #spt3 years ago (edited)

Hello Splinters

I wanted to share something that I'm finally able to do in splinterlands.
#NoSleepGang!!

For beginners, the amount of DEC you earn per win is influenced by your "Energy Capture rate" (ECR). Each game you lose approximately 1% of your ECR (the lower your ECR, the less you lose). And that rate recovers at about 1% per hour or close to 24% in a day.

But why does it matter to start playing? By managing your ECR you can get the most out of your victories.

When you do the first battle after receiving a daily quest, the counter for that quest starts to go down, so you get another quest 24 hours after starting your first quest and doing your first battle. The same applies for the 2nd quest.

The strategy is to fight just one battle of this first quest (You don't have to win it), wait approximately 24 hours (But not fully 24h) and then rent your cards for 1 day to start your battles. (If you want to have a chance to do 3 quest you need to be really fast in renting and wait until there is like 30 minutes left to do the renting)

When you finish the first quest and receive your reward, you will have another quest ready to start! So you can finish two missions using card rental for just 1 day of rental. And you can play on this day up to 50% of your Capture rate, since you will only battle again in 48 hours.

If your plan is to try to do 3 quest, the 3rd day you will have to do your quest really fast because you will only have a little over 30 minutes to complete it! It's very hard to do but once you're able it's very worth it! Wait 2 days and just repeat the process, fight just one battle and wait 24 hours to rent and finish the quest.

This strategy is especially useful when you rent cards for power to keep yourself in silver or gold and earn more rewards for quests. So you can rent cards to battle and increase your power for just one day and get the rewards of two missions. It is also useful for keeping your value vs rewards as low as possible when you rent cards.

You also used the #Oneup tag so here I am to give you Kudos for that idea.
Killing 3 flies with one hit is really sweet.

As a feedback:

  • Your post is informative and easy to follow
  • you should think of some visual aspects
just as in your stream visualz play a role in text form as well.

Try using headers, and look for some pictures you could use.

Also I would suggest to set a profile picture and a banner. This way people will look at your blog and see ah yeah thats Skyn
