I have to agree with others who have said it but I'll reiterate in a very simple manner: Staked SPS should count across all platforms.

At a minimum a % (50%?) of regularly staked SPS should count towards this too.

Ecosystem symbiosis should be paramount here. Infighting for resources does not meet that mark for me.
